Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop AP staff while promoting accountability and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and monitor outstanding payables.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop reporting and KPIs to monitor AP performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership and other departments to resolve issues and support business objectives.
