Rheem Midwest Distribution (RMD), part of Rheem Manufacturing, invites you to join our team in Kimberly, WI as an Accounts Payable Manager. This role directs the AP function, ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely vendor payments while upholding internal controls.

Working on a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote), you will lead the AP team, collaborate with Accounting and Finance, support month-end close, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to process improvements

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees daily Accounts Payable activities, ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely payments.
• Supports month-end and year-end close and drives process improvements.
• Leads the AP team and partners with Accounting and Finance leadership.
• Maintains strong vendor relationships and adherence to payment terms.
• Supports audits and develops a high-performing team culture.
