Our Greater Reading area client is looking for an Accounting Mgr to focus on management of Accounts Payable team and more.
The position is with a midsized growing company that is looking for someone accustomed to working in a fast paced environment and large transactional accounting.
The company offers a great base salary, annual bonuses and very good benefits.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 5+ yrs of AP Management w/ processing of invoices weekly.
• Experience multi-tasking aging reports, approved payment batches and manage weekly cash flow
• Resolve any discrepancies between client vendors and the company.
• Help ensure policy and procedures with AP team.
• Strong accounting background to assist Controller with weekly adjustments and other financial transactions
• Ability to work across departments and offices to resolve any weekly discrepancies.
• Proven experience to handle management of AP Specialists and own personal production
• Strong ERP systems experiences and have strong technical software background.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other members of accounting and senior management team

This position will have to ability to grow and has room for advancement within the organization. The position is hybrid in nature with 3 mandatory days in the office. Job will have ability to set own hours and some flexibility with in office work schedule.
