Job summary

GSM Outdoors is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our full-cycle AP function and ensure accurate, timely processing across the organization. The role will oversee the AP team, establish strong processes and controls, partner with Accounting and Finance leadership, and serve as a key contact for vendors.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on AP leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a passion for developing people and improving efficiency in a fast-paced outdoor brands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable processes including three-way matching.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations.
• Oversee AP associates for invoice entry, exceptions, and payments.
• Review invoices for documentation, coding, and approvals.
• Ensure timely payment processing and check runs.
• Oversee vendor statements and reconciliations.
• Maintain month-end close activities and internal controls.
