County Materials Family of Companies in Marathon, WI seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function across multiple entities, ensuring accurate, timely invoice processing and controlled payments.

The role focuses on modernization of AP processes, three-way matching, supplier governance, and strong internal controls, collaborating with Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, IT, and operations to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounts payable or finance operations experience.
• Experience in multi-entity manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Accounts Payable operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Develop, coach, and manage AP staff and third-party providers with clear performance expectations.
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement of AP processes, automation, and three-way matching to strengthen controls.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Procurement, Operations to support ERP enhancements, reporting, and process improvements.
