• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Performing all Accounts Payable functions to support multiple entities within the organization.
• Maintain the accounts payable process, including posting invoices.
• Completing monthly reconciliations utilizing vendor statements.
