Parker Hannifin Corporation's Industrial Process Filtration Division in North America seeks an experienced Accounts Payable professional to lead full-cycle AP, code invoices, perform three-way matching, and drive process improvements.

You will mentor AP Specialists, manage month-end close, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor inquiries, audits, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• ERP and AP automation proficiency (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, SAGE Intacct, Coupa, or Bill).
• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Attention to GAAP and SOX compliance; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to mentor AP Specialists and Clerks.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily full-cycle AP workflows: invoice coding, 3-way match, batch processing (ACH, wire, checks).
• Mentor AP Specialists and Clerks, distribute workloads, assist with complex tasks.
• Lead or assist month-end and year-end AP closings; perform aging analysis and GL reconciliations.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries, disputes, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations; support audits.
• Identify bottlenecks in AP and drive process improvements using automation.
