Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires four years of college with courses in business administration and accounting or four years of technical accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains Accounts Payable accounts for agencies serviced by Public Safety Shared Services.
• Reconciles SAP and Comptroller system reports regularly.
• Responds to highly technical inquiries regarding AP accounting requirements and practices.
• Serves as designated lead worker on assigned tasks.
• Responds to management inquiries in a timely manner.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope of the role.
