Responsibilities

• Enter requisitions, verify account codes, and process purchase orders.
• Monitor open POs, process adjustments, and communicate with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with public works requirements and district policies.
• Process travel per diem, employee reimbursements, and expense validation.
• Maintain Procurement Card program and import transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable, and issue monthly invoicing.
• Reconcile district bank balances and maintain cash flow records.
• Oversee district annual inventory, surplus, and fixed assets.
• Provide training on purchasing procedures to district staff.
• Perform in-person duties at the assigned district location.
