Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in accounting and at least two years of accounting experience, with proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field.
• At least two years’ accounting or financial experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong data entry skills.
• Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic purchase orders and vendor data.
• Code invoices to GL, dept, and project accounts.
• Prepare invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Back up to process remote check deposits as needed.
• Provide vendor support and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and attend meetings.
