Responsibilities

• Manage receipt of invoices and processing for payment.
• Generate monthly reports for the company.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date.
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Point person for payable questions.
• Assist in month-end closing.
• Receive and process customer orders and input into the system.
• Generate invoices for truck loading and post daily cash receipts.
