Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment and verify against purchase orders and documents.
• Prepare and issue checks, post postings, and verify account details and dates.
• Maintain 1099 forms, collect W-9/W-8 forms, and file electronically where required.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with audits and year-end processes.
• Enter and void checks, monitor outstanding payments, and ensure proper backup goes to auditors.
