Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle AP workflows and invoice processing.
• Ability to review invoices, provide proper coding, and obtain approvals.
• Strong vendor management and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing and coding.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices and POs.
• Prioritize payments based on terms and discounts.
• Support check runs and distribute payments to vendors.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close and 1099 reporting.
