Job summary

FOX Factory in Trussville, AL is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage full-cycle AP for multiple entities. The role requires attention to detail and solid Excel skills.

You will perform 3-way match, code and post invoices in Syteline ERP, process weekly checks and wire transfers, and support audits and month-end activities. Two+ years in AP, multi-currency experience, and SOX knowledge are a plus; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in accounts payable and multi-entity environments is preferred.
• SOX or internal control experience is a plus.
