MARC Media, based in Winter Park, Florida, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our corporate accounting team. This role will manage vendor invoices, payments, and records with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

You will liaise with vendors and internal teams, support month-end close, and help ensure compliance with policies. The position requires 2+ years of AP experience and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to work and communicate well with colleagues at all levels, including remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Support audits by providing required documentation.
• Assist Accounting Manager, CFO, and ownership, as needed.
