Responsibilities

• Process invoices and data entry for accounts payable.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Execute weekly check runs.
• Assist Accounts Payable Manager with additional tasks as needed.
