Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports while matching to purchase orders and receipts.
• Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system and maintain organized accounts payable records.
• Recon cile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors on payment status and inquiries.
• Assist with month end close and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
