Barletta Boat Company, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting team in Indiana. You will ensure invoices are processed accurately, support vendors professionally, and maintain precise financial records with a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can multi-task while remaining calm under pressure, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and reliable service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting position.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Match invoices and packing slips.
• Enter AP invoices to be paid.
• Code manual invoices.
• Investigate and resolve problem invoices and packing slips.
• Complete paperwork to setup new Vendors.
• Assist Payables manager with Month End accruals.
• Scan and load all invoices and support into system.
• Back-up receptionist during breaks.
• Perform other duties as requested.
