Barletta Boat Company, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to help ensure invoices are processed accurately and vendors are supported professionally.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork in a collaborative accounting environment where accuracy and timely processing are valued.

Competenze

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting position.
• Must be HIGHLY detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint , etc.
• Must display strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a self-starter and be able to multi-task while remaining calm under pressure
• Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude

Mansioni

• Match invoices and packing slips
• Enter AP invoices to be paid
• Investigate and resolve problem invoices and packing slips
• Complete paperwork to setup new Vendors
• Assist Payables manager with Month End accruals
• Scan and load all invoices and support into system
• Perform other duties as requested
