Shegerian & Associates is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to own the full invoice and receipt lifecycle in a fast-paced legal services firm. You will ensure costs are booked to the correct client matter numbers and process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately in our ERP system.

You’ll investigate discrepancies, support month-end closes, and help keep the firm’s finances organized. This onsite role offers hourly pay of $25-$27 with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team

• Reconcile credit card charges, coding about 200 transactions daily and tracing receipts or invoices.
• Investigate discrepancies like duplicate payments or miscoded charges and resolve with accounting.
• Organize and file invoices in the ERP system so anything can be found in seconds.

What You'll Do

• Own the full invoice and receipt lifecycle: capture, verification, entering, coding, case allocation, and approval routing
• Book costs accurately to the correct client matter numbers so every expense lands where it belongs
• Process high volumes of vendor invoices and payment data into our financial and ERP system quickly and without errors
• Reconcile credit card charges at volume, coding roughly 200 transactions a day and tracking down the invoice or receipt behind each one
• Investigate discrepancies like duplicate payments or miscoded charges, then partner with the accounting team to resolve them cleanly
• Organize and file invoices in the ERP system so anything can be found in seconds, not hours
