Responsibilities

• Matches invoices to receiving reports.
• Ensures all monthly expense invoices are received prior to month end.
• Codes and processes invoices with proper approvals.
• Resolves payment discrepancies with vendors.
• Processes daily check runs.
• Files checks and related backup.
• Performs data entry and administrative duties.

About The Role:

The Accounts Payable Clerkis responsible forreceiving, matching, and processing incoming invoices andmaintainingaccuraterecords on behalf of theAccountingdepartment.

Controller

Essential Functions:

• Matchesinvoices to receiving reports
• Ensuresthat all monthly expense invoices are received prior to month end
• Codesand process invoices, ensuring accuracy proper approvals
• Resolvespayment discrepancies with vendors
• Processesdaily check runs
• Fileschecks and related backup
• Performsdata entry and administrative duties
