Job Overview

We are actively seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for one of our clients in the metro Atlanta area. This is a full-time, permanent position on a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable Clerk role should be highly collaborative and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase orders and payments
• Process, code, and input invoices
• Research and resolve accounts payable issues
• Review reports for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with vendors

Requirements

• Experience handling high volume invoices (80-100 invoices daily minimum)
• At least 1 year of accounts payable experience
• Experience with large ERP systems, with NetSuite preferred
