Job Summary
Quickparts is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to ensure timely and accurate entry of vendor bills, maintain accurate records within the accounting and ERP systems, and perform account reconciliations to resolve vendor discrepancies. The Accounts Payable Clerk maintains contact with vendors and employees, ensures compliance with company policies and internal controls, and manages the accounts payable processes.

• Vendor Bill Processing: Ensure timely entry of vendor bills, assist with expense coding, match purchase orders to invoices, resolve pricing and receiving issues, respond to inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, and work with procurement to manage vendor relations.
• Accounting Support: Assist in reconciling intercompany accounts payable, support all accounting and administrative tasks, and facilitate new vendor setup and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook; Tipalti and NetSuite experience preferred
