Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team in Chardon, OH. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary range of $50,000–$60,000, based on experience.

You will process high volumes of invoices, match to PO numbers, assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments, and ensure proper ledger coding. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in AP or accounting, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting is a plus.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
