Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Audits invoices for payment; verifies against PO/bid items.
• Processes payments for county departments, Fee Officer Departments and refunds.
• Maintains vendor records for 1099 purposes.
• Participates in emergency management duties during local states of disaster as directed by county managers.
• Runs reports for distribution to departments concerning check runs.
