What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Process invoices using a 3-way match and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments
• Respond to inquiries from both internal and external parties regarding accounts payable
• Research and resolve aged accounts payable and unbilled inventory issues
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Prior work experience in an Accounts Payable or accounting department with an automated accounting system
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment
