Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier data to identify and resolve statement and unvouchered receipt issues.
• Partner with suppliers, Supply Chain Management, and Distribution Centers to monitor, document, resolve, and escalate account discrepancies.
• Lead conference calls and collaborate with supplier partners to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies to support AP performance goals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to reconcile accounts and highlight financial exposure.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
