University of Minnesota Foundation (UMF) seeks an entry-level financial support professional to assist the Finance team with accounts payable, reporting, and administrative duties. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate data entry, and collaboration with UMF and University staff and outside vendors.

The position is 100% time and located in the Twin Cities area, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $52,000–$62,000 depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or combination of related education and work experience to equal four years.
• Proven ability to apply knowledge and skill to recurring tasks with precision and timeliness.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven skills in personal computer software including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and reflect UMF disbursements.
• Review vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and P-card transactions.
• Process disbursements in Emburse Enterprise and manage vendor records in DMS.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet management using Excel and Emburse tools.
