Job summary

Quantexa is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our global finance team. You will ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time, code invoices, and maintain strong supplier relationships in a fast-growing tech company.

You will gain experience with three-way matching, multi-currency payment runs, and ERP systems like NetSuite. We value detail, organisation, proactive collaboration, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or similar transactional finance role.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, positive and collaborative team player with problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and spend management tools like Navan or Expensify.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices with accuracy, coding and authorisation.
• Perform three-way matching of invoices to POs and receipts.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs for multiple currencies and entities.
• Act as primary contact for supplier queries, resolving issues professionally.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist AP team with month-end close procedures and accruals.
• Champion best practices by promoting Procure-to-Pay systems across the business.

The Opportunity.

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be a vital part of the team that keeps our financial engine running smoothly. You will be responsible for ensuring our suppliers are paid accurately and on time, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting the integrity of our financial data. What You’ll Be Doing.

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices with exceptional accuracy, ensuring they are correctly coded and authorised.
• Performing three-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
• Preparing and processing weekly payment runs for multiple currencies and entities.
• Acting as a primary point of contact for supplier queries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Assisting the AP team with month-end close procedures and accruals.
• Championing best practices by encouraging the use of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems across the business.

What You’ll Bring.

• Experience: You have previous experience working in an Accounts Payable or a similar transactional finance role.
