Job summary

The Carroll Companies, headquartered in Greensboro, NC, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for the Ari Apartment Management division. You will provide financial, administrative, and clerical support for the Property Management Accounting team and report to the AP Supervisor.

Responsibilities include reviewing vendor invoices, entering corporate and intercompany expenses, and collaborating with site teams and vendors on payments.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to details and a willingness to learn.
• Solid Excel, MS Word, and Outlook skills.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Experience with Accounts Payable desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy including expense account coding
• Manually entering invoices for Corporate and Intercompany expenses
• Collaborating with our site teams on invoices and payment inquiries
• Collaborating with vendors to ensure all accounts are current
• Processing payments for vendors and tenant security deposit refunds
• Working on special projects as needed
