Accounts Payable Analyst

The Accounts Payable Analyst assists the Director of Accounts Payable and the Accounts Payable Coordinator with the activities of the Accounts Payable Department.

Essential Functions

• Audit university travel/miscellaneous reimbursement requests in compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines of the university.
• Communicate frequently with faculty, staff and outside vendors both verbally and in writing on matters relating to accounts payable transactions; act as a liaison between departments and vendors.
• Provide support and documentation on internal processes for accounts payable as required for audit purposes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director and/or Coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting

Work Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
