About the Role

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to own the payment process for a designated portfolio of accounts. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership. You'll run the full payment cycle from invoice matching through disbursement, resolve issues directly with vendors, and supervise our Accounting Coordinators.

If you've spent a few years in AP and are ready for a position with more autonomy and a supervisory component, this is a good next step.

Your schedule will vary during the initial training period while you get up to speed. Once training is complete, you'll work three days in the office and two days from home each week.

What You'll Do

• Match vendor invoices and review proofs of delivery for accuracy
• Process check payments and establish ACH setups for vendors

What You Bring

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable
