Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay Range: $22-28/hour

Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k)

Role Overview: Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk. Our client in Eagan, MN is looking for an AP/AR Clerk to join their team on a Contract basis. They are seeking someone that has experience with 1-3 years of experience that can come in and hit the ground running. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately!

Key Responsibilities

• Credit Memos
• Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Cutting Checks
• Invoicing
• Weekly Reports
• Bank Statement Reconciliation
• AP/AR/Trial Balances
• Email inquiries both internal and external
• Past due emails to vendors
• ACH/Wire deposits
• Answer phones and greet visitors to the building
  
  

Qualifications:

• Someone who can come in and hit the ground running
• 1-3+ years of AP/AR experience
• Problem solver, not a lot of hand holding
• Attention to detail
