You will work closely with various departments to manage invoices, vendor relationships, and payment processes, all while ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions and communications.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices and payment approvals.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable metrics.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit processes by providing documentation and information as needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience
