The role requires 1–3 years in accounting or AP, a relevant degree, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Teams, and strong communication. You will ensure GAAP compliance, handle vendor inquiries, and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of progressively responsible accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accounting records and reports to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Handle monthly close support and financial reporting duties.
• Manage full accounts payable lifecycle in ERP system.
• Reconcile AP to GL, investigate discrepancies, and resolve vendor inquiries.
• Collaborate across departments and provide backup AR/admin support as needed.
