Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting operations, AP/AR, order management, or a related role.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of transactional accounting, reconciliations, invoicing, and purchase orders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify solutions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, customer records, vendor information, and accounting transactions in QuickBooks.
• Process customer orders, monitor fulfillment, track shipments, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving orders, shipments, invoices, and payments.
• Support operational activities including inventory updates, shipping coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with reporting and compliance-related administrative tasks.
