Job summary

Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Executive in Mumbai for Treasury and Accounts responsibilities. The role requires preparation of payments, posting and reconciliation activities, and coordination with auditors.

Candidate should have CA qualification (preferred) along with GST/TDS exposure and strong Excel skills; SAP experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proven experience as an accountant with GST, TDS and basic accounting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly payments file and post payment entries in ERP system.
• Posting of collection entries and application with customer open invoices.
• Reconcile account balances and bank statements.
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits.
• Managing monthly reporting requirements (Treasury report, Collection Report etc.).
• Recording entries pertaining to investments & interest earned.
• Preparation of various documents (BGs, DDs, FD request letters etc.).
• Upload and process payments on the bank portal.
• Liasoning with various stakeholders within the organization.
