Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Remote Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of ECOEC to new and existing clients developing relationships, providing tailored service solutions, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients
• Promote ECOEC services and programs with professionalism and knowledge
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell where appropriate
• Collaborate with internal teams (billing, service operations, customer care) to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
• Track account activity, generate reports, and meet monthly targets
• Stay informed on industry trends, energy solutions, and cooperative updates
• Represent ECOEC’s mission and values in every client interaction
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success (utility/energy sector a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Tech-savvy, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
• A passion for helping others and making an impact
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
