You will support the Finance Team with day-to-day accounting activities, process invoices and credit notes, post accounting entries, and assist with reconciliations, payments and month-end procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be organised and detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Team with day-to-day accounting activities.
• Process invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
• Post accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Carry out bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Assist with payments and month-end procedures.
• Support credit control and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with financial reporting and general finance administration.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments as required.
