Job summary

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with timelines, project trackers, meeting agendas, recaps, and status reports.
• Capture meeting notes, track action items, and follow up with team members.
• Support internal workflows with Creative, Design, and PR to open briefs, prepare decks, and monitor budgets.
• File, organize, and maintain project documents in shared drives.
• Draft client-ready presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Support client communications with professional recaps and updates.
• Research prospective clients, talent, or cultural trends to inform recommendations.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Assist in proofreading, building slides, and preparing materials for client presentations and activations.
• Assist on-site during activations, handling logistics such as setup and vendor check-ins.
