Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Representative to handle billing and vendor/customer interactions, and to assist with daily financial processing for multiple business units. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will support accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and related clerical duties, while coordinating with executives and managers on payments and reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience supporting at the executive level.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Extensive experience scheduling travel and corporate meetings/events.
• Must be detail oriented, flexible and able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepares invoices, develops worksheets, maintains files and other billing related documents.
• Customer communications via phone and electronic communications.
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
• Conducts research, assembles and analyzes data to prepare reports and documents.
• Daily invoicing of accounts.
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
• Interacts with internal and external customers.
• Reviews operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, and contact information.
