ICF is adding staff to its energy practice to support a wide range of energy programs. Our clients include utilities, recognizable Fortune 500 global corporations, as well as a variety of industry, and Government organizations. We are currently seeking an Associate Program Manager to provide support and critical project management services for utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs focused on the residential market.
To support our growth, we are seeking candidates with a strong background in sales, project and account management. This position requires knowledge of energy efficient technologies associated with residential homes. In this role you will recruit and engage key stakeholders and team members specifically in the distributor and contractor supply chains, and coordinate with a team of energy efficiency experts. Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers and trade allies to ensure our programs meet participation goals. The successful candidate will also contribute to the internal operations of the programs, supporting the program manager with tasks such as data analysis, reporting, application review, invoicing, forecasting, outreach development, distributor/contractor events/outreach, and execution of plans, quality control measures, and client support.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$88,817.00 - $150,989.00 New Jersey Remote Office (NJ99)
