Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or college coursework in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Two years of accounting, cashiering and/or bookkeeping experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May require a valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform support tasks relating to finance, accounting, and bond issuances within Administrative Services.
• Compile trustee statements and assist with reimbursement requests and journal entries.
• Reconcile County Tax Ledger to General Ledger and assist with daily Treasury/Cashiering operations.
