Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of accounting experience preferred, ideally in HOA or community management.
• General knowledge of GAAP Accounting.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret association financial statements.

• Oversee the transition team and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review transition work for accuracy, including opening balances and membership imports.
• Oversee HOA banking setup and treasury services; train and support team members.
