Job summary

BRG is seeking an Associate to support teams handling complex financial and legal matters, including disputes, investigations, and regulatory work. You’ll gain hands‑on experience analyzing data, building financial models, preparing client deliverables, and supporting expert teams throughout the dispute and compliance process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics, Economics or related field with expected graduation between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027.
  • 3.6 GPA or higher preferred.
  • Strong quantitative, research, problem‑solving, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, client‑service environment.
  • Willingness to consider becoming a CPA.
  • Experience with statistical, data analysis, or programming tools such as Excel, Stata, R, Python, SQL or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Fluency with AI tools is preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the United States, without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and operational data for complex matters.
  • Support damages analyses, valuation work, and investigative findings.
  • Assist with reconstructing financial information and developing financial models.
  • Help prepare expert reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
  • Support client interviews, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, economics, technology, data management, and legal teams.
