Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of bookkeeping or accounting clerical work.
• Experience with Teamworks Financial Systems – Accounts Payable preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and student accounts management practices.

Responsibilities

• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness across PO, vouchers, invoices, receipts and requisitions.
• Process various accounts payable and contact vendors to resolve questions.
• Enter routine financial transactions into accounting systems and reconcile records.
• Maintain and organize hard copy files; handle payments and cash receipts as needed.
• Attend training and implement processes as directed.
