At Arc of Acadiana, accurate financial information supports services for adults with disabilities. As our Accounting Team Lead, you'll work across multiple programs, departments, entities, and funds in a multimillion-dollar organization. This role is for an accountant who enjoys understanding how transactions flow through the full accounting cycle, solving complex problems, and helping others use financial information to make sound decisions.
You'll own meaningful accounting work while coordinating daily priorities, reviewing assigned work, and sharing your knowledge with the team. You'll also help improve processes as Arc implements a new accounting system. Strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to learn our operations matter more than prior experience in disability services.
