We are seeking an Accounting Systems and Process Innovation Manager to join a high-impact team driving modernization efforts across a large and complex Corporate Accounting function. This role sits within the business analysis group and is focused on streamlining processes, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with accounting and technology partners to design and implement scalable, cost-effective solutions. Job Description
- Business Analysis & Requirements: Collaborate with accounting stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze pain points, and document process improvements
- Solution Design: Partner with tech teams to deliver low-code, scalable tools using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and other internal platforms
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve efficiency across accounting functions
- Tech Enablement: Configure, support, and maintain internal tools and documentation libraries; keep up with new tech releases and recommend best-fit enhancements
- Project Management: Ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and meet stakeholder requirements while managing competing priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business systems
- Strong background in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint preferred
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
