Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Respectful of office location and able to commute to Springfield, MO.

Responsibilities

• General ledger importing or synchronization.
• Accounts payable processing using Bill.com.
• Payroll coordination with a 3rd party provider.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Depreciation schedule preparation.
• Monthly/year-end trial balance closing assistance.
• Assist with monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Work on virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services.
• Assist with QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct implementations.
