Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or organizational accounting operations with experience in payroll, sales tax, and financial statement prep.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and coordinate work in areas such as GL data import, AP processing, including Bill.com integration, and payroll journal entries.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and review depreciation schedules.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closings and with monthly management reports and financial statements; deliver outsourced services.
• Support software implementation projects and train colleagues.
